In the four years I have known him, I have been consistently impressed with his ability not only to negotiate complex ideas in other languages, but also to relate these things in a personable, conscientious fashion. I take great pleasure in recommending Wang Yong, one of my favorite students, for admission into your distinguished graduate program.
Mr. Wang was admitted in 1986 at 14 years of age into the SPECIAL CLASS for the GIFTED YOUTHS, my university's unique program that caters to the intellectual needs of unusually talented Chinese youngsters. It was a rare privilege he earned with his nearly impeccable academic performance through the years of his elementary and secondary school.
He impressed me almost as he entered into my university, a major cradle of china's scientific and technological talents. At the time, members of the Gifted Class all had to spend half a month studying by themselves the principles of calculus and then take an exam so that we could evaluate their self-study capability. Mr. Wang scored the highest grade in that exam. He also exhibited a keenly whetted mind during class discussions. To my regret at the time, his English was not as good as his mathematics or physics. But I noticed he made a point of working especially hard in improving his English during his five undergraduate years with us. By now, he seems to be at least as proficient in English as most of his former classmates in the Gifted Class.
In my experience with Mr. Wang, I was impressed with not only his extraordinary intelligence but also his ambitions and persistence. I am sure that Mr. Wang will be an outstanding student in any doctoral program that he may care to enroll in. 一、日本讀研推薦信怎么寫(xiě)
日本留學(xué)推薦信一般是要求被推薦人的在校任課老師,需要與被推薦人有交集,對(duì)其有所了解。建議大家找級(jí)別較高的老師作為自己的推薦人。
首先推薦信是寫(xiě)給日本教授或者學(xué)校的,所以抬頭切記不能寫(xiě)錯(cuò),如果怕寫(xiě)錯(cuò)的話(huà),那就直接省略。
其次,推薦信一定要寫(xiě)的真實(shí)有感,讓教授和學(xué)校能真正的了解到學(xué)生的整體,包括素質(zhì)、道德以及能力。一篇好的推薦信應(yīng)該是用事實(shí)說(shuō)話(huà)的,而不是將所有華麗的言語(yǔ)辭藻堆積起來(lái),讓人覺(jué)得華而不實(shí),這種推薦信是千篇一律的.,教授看過(guò)之后不會(huì)對(duì)申請(qǐng)者留有任何的印象。
最后,日本留學(xué)推薦信要寫(xiě)明推薦人為何推薦申請(qǐng)者的理由,這個(gè)方面建議可以從推薦人對(duì)學(xué)校教授的認(rèn)知和被推薦人將來(lái)的發(fā)展切入來(lái)寫(xiě)。
二、讀研申請(qǐng)條件
1、報(bào)考日本研究生大學(xué)院的資格
必須是四年制以上的本科畢業(yè)生才具有研究生院的報(bào)考資格,要求本科畢業(yè)生持有有效的畢業(yè)證和學(xué)位證書(shū)。個(gè)別專(zhuān)科生,自考生,無(wú)學(xué)位證的學(xué)生在國(guó)內(nèi)直接申請(qǐng)日本國(guó)立和公立好大學(xué)的可能性很小。但是這部分同學(xué)可以通過(guò)先讀語(yǔ)言學(xué)校到日本后再申請(qǐng)讀研,這樣成功的幾率很高。注:一般的研究生院要求學(xué)生具有學(xué)士學(xué)位,但也有些學(xué)校對(duì)此不作要求。有些學(xué)生具有雙大專(zhuān)學(xué)歷,此種情況的學(xué)習(xí)累計(jì)年限雖已達(dá)到四年,但仍舊不具備日本研究生院的報(bào)考資格。
2、對(duì)學(xué)生日語(yǔ)水平的要求
在國(guó)內(nèi)申請(qǐng)直接去日本讀研的最低要求就是日語(yǔ)二級(jí)以上。但是對(duì)于文科類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō),日語(yǔ)等級(jí)需要達(dá)到一級(jí)。對(duì)于理科專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)生要求稍低,但也需要達(dá)到二級(jí)以上。雖然理論上研究生是可以不要語(yǔ)言成績(jī)的,但是經(jīng)驗(yàn)來(lái)看,如果沒(méi)有日語(yǔ)的學(xué)生,在國(guó)內(nèi)直申的學(xué)生,成功率幾乎沒(méi)有。
3、進(jìn)入日本大學(xué)院的分?jǐn)?shù)要求
現(xiàn)在日本大學(xué)院對(duì)平均分的要求還不是太高,但一定要保證沒(méi)有不及格的科目,日本人對(duì)合格點(diǎn)數(shù)看的很重。但是一流的大學(xué)因?yàn)楦?jìng)爭(zhēng)的問(wèn)題,還是要保證平均分在75分以上。而且最好有一個(gè)越來(lái)越高的趨勢(shì),如果是越來(lái)越低的話(huà)就不太好了。
三、日本研究生留學(xué)辦理流程
1、考出語(yǔ)言成績(jī),確定申請(qǐng)?jiān)盒<把芯靠,?zhǔn)備初期材料
語(yǔ)言成績(jī)無(wú)非就是指的日語(yǔ)和英語(yǔ),不管是日語(yǔ)還是英語(yǔ),自己把握好時(shí)間,在申請(qǐng)前拿到手。
根據(jù)自己申請(qǐng)意愿和自身?xiàng)l件確定好申請(qǐng)的研究科及專(zhuān)攻。
然后再去準(zhǔn)備相應(yīng)的材料即可,比如你需要發(fā)的套磁信,個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷,研究計(jì)劃書(shū),作品集等等。
2、聯(lián)系教授進(jìn)行套磁
大多數(shù)日本大學(xué)院在收研究生時(shí)都采取“導(dǎo)師內(nèi)諾制”,也就是你所申請(qǐng)的教授說(shuō)了算。他給你研究生內(nèi)諾,就是同意接收你成為他的學(xué)生。
那為了獲得教授內(nèi)諾,需要在研究生申請(qǐng)出愿截止時(shí)間之前,聯(lián)系教授,然后在你通過(guò)教授的一系列考核后,方可獲得內(nèi)諾,其中日本大學(xué)教授考核的方式有面試,布置作業(yè),要求提交研究計(jì)劃書(shū)等。
3、獲得內(nèi)諾以后即可出愿
教授給你內(nèi)諾以后,就可以根據(jù)學(xué)校要求提交材料進(jìn)行出愿。
4、辦理日本留學(xué)在留資格
出愿完成之后,學(xué)校會(huì)下發(fā)入學(xué)合格,隨后通知你可以辦理日本留學(xué)資格。
5、辦理日本留學(xué)簽證
等你的日本在留資格認(rèn)定證明書(shū)下發(fā)后,就可以去辦留學(xué)簽證了。
這里需要注意:日本駐華使館、辦事處是不接受個(gè)人去遞交材料,所以你要找代辦處來(lái)幫忙遞交你的簽證材料!
7、赴日入學(xué)
拿到日本留學(xué)簽證后,就可以根據(jù)時(shí)間安排去購(gòu)買(mǎi)機(jī)票,整理行李等待赴日啦。

Furthermore, his indefatigable spirit of reading large amount of technical materials was not simply intended to secure high scores in his coursework, but more importantly, to satisfy his almost insatiable interest in biology.
Apart from this, I was also very impressed by Mr. Liu‘s hands-on ability in conducting experiments. For many complicated experiments, he undertook them with a rigorous and conscientious attitude and would always complete them satisfactorily. In dealing with crucial steps involved in the experiments, he tended to make bold hypotheses and conduct substantial observations, ultimately achieving remarkable results. All those testify to Mr. Liu‘s tremendous potential in academic research, especially in his analytical skills and in the execution of experimental procedures.
In addition to his scholastic aptitudes, Mr. Liu can be described as trustworthy in personality. His kind-hearted nature and his integrity have created many friends for him. 1、推薦信數(shù)量
按不同專(zhuān)業(yè)和不同學(xué)位來(lái)劃分,PhD申請(qǐng)一般都需要三個(gè)推薦人提供三封推薦信;理工科Master一般需要2-3封推薦信;文商科Master一般也需要2-3封推薦信。
2、推薦信書(shū)寫(xiě)前需要考慮哪些問(wèn)題?
a、所要申請(qǐng)的專(zhuān)業(yè)是什么,以及這個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)需要申請(qǐng)者具備哪些素質(zhì)。
b、申請(qǐng)者有什么主要經(jīng)歷,就申請(qǐng)本科學(xué)位的申請(qǐng)者來(lái)說(shuō)主要是本人有哪些特長(zhǎng),競(jìng)賽經(jīng)歷,課外活動(dòng)及獲獎(jiǎng)經(jīng)歷等。

d、申請(qǐng)者是否有什么特殊的情況需要在這封信中體現(xiàn)出來(lái)。
在動(dòng)筆之前把這些問(wèn)題考慮清楚可以更有條理地對(duì)推薦信做出一個(gè)合理規(guī)劃。
3、推薦信主題內(nèi)容應(yīng)該寫(xiě)哪些?
推薦信的基本構(gòu)成要素除信頭(學(xué)校信紙的信頭或推薦人住址)、發(fā)信日期、收信人姓名、地址、稱(chēng)呼、信尾謙稱(chēng)、親筆簽名、推薦人姓名、職務(wù)等必要部份外,本文內(nèi)容應(yīng)包含下列各項(xiàng):

g、個(gè)人成就:在學(xué)校、工作或家庭中的特殊表現(xiàn)。如曾獲某種獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)、工作中的杰出表現(xiàn)等,應(yīng)清楚敘述使學(xué)校了解其重要性
h、特殊才能:特殊之語(yǔ)言、藝術(shù)、體育、技藝等才能的表現(xiàn)。不會(huì)因此缺點(diǎn)而被拒的缺點(diǎn)。
4、申請(qǐng)美國(guó)留學(xué)推薦信格式是?
一般來(lái)說(shuō),推薦信字?jǐn)?shù)A4紙用5號(hào)字寫(xiě)占3/4張紙即可,沒(méi)有具體要求,結(jié)構(gòu)多以總分總。
