　　開學(xué)初，本班學(xué)生在中缺乏積極性，自覺性差，凡事都要不停地反復(fù)的督促。布置的任務(wù)不能及時(shí)的完成。而初二的英語教材相較三、四年級，又有所變化，起初孩子們沒有找好學(xué)習(xí)的切入點(diǎn)，所以我們在座有些家長就反映孩子的英語成績較之前有所下降。一學(xué)期下來了，在強(qiáng)化課堂教學(xué)，抓好課堂效益上，我結(jié)合教材和學(xué)生的多方面情況，做了以下一些工作：

　　1、初二英語在聽、說、讀、寫方面的要求更加重要，我們盡量在課堂上幫助學(xué)生掌握知識(shí)，開展活動(dòng)，讓他們在不知不覺中張口說英語。比如我們班莊園，王輝，錢勇，曹旭成，王聲康，許雅文等同學(xué)，每節(jié)課的知識(shí)和作業(yè)都能當(dāng)堂掌握和完成。

　　2、興趣是最好的老師。英語課中多是一些情景對話，我們常常設(shè)置一個(gè)情境，讓學(xué)生進(jìn)入其中，以表演的形式學(xué)習(xí)新知，樂在其中。如李杰，葛宇，逗號(hào)，潘建如，李浪，張朋順，周揚(yáng)名，吳家佩，花尉揩，沈培歡等同學(xué)，經(jīng)常表演和惟妙惟肖，讓人忍俊不禁的同時(shí)，其他同學(xué)也加深了對課文的理解。

　　3、孩子們都是要強(qiáng)的，我們舉行各式各樣的比賽，讓他們自發(fā)地要求進(jìn)步。最近我們開展一對一的.擂臺(tái)賽。孩子們學(xué)習(xí)的積極性高漲。如張峰瑋與莊園同學(xué)之間，楊冬煦和潘康同學(xué)之間，你追我趕，共同進(jìn)步。我們也進(jìn)行了一些簡單的測試，有很多同學(xué)較開學(xué)初都有很大的進(jìn)步。尤其是張影，張自豪，劉俊杰，李杰，鮑勝凡，潘國光，呂文豪等同學(xué)。我們班同學(xué)，優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生不僅成績好，在英語表達(dá)能力上也有提高，學(xué)習(xí)有困難的學(xué)生也不氣餒，一直在努力地向前沖。學(xué)習(xí)英語是為了以后能與人用英語交流，平時(shí)有積累，最后就能收獲成功。讓我們一起為孩子們營造一個(gè)開心快樂的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍，真正讓孩子們相對學(xué)的輕松，扎實(shí)，有效。

　　However the problem of environmental protection remains far from being solved. On the one hand the environment pollution and destruction are getting worse and worse in the modern world. On the other hand the lack of knowledge about the importance of protecting environment hinders the solving of the problem. In a word there is a long way to go before we enjoy a clean and comfortable world.
